Horbury 3-2 up at half time ... Gave two bad goals away and missed 3 very good opportunities to put the game in our hands. Played very very well in first half ... matched them all over pitch.
Then all it took was a good 10 minute spell in second half and Horbury scored 3 goals ... but that's the difference between W.Yorks County football and our standard.
Scoreline doesn't show the true game. Horbury have some very good players !
We had a couple of lads missing ... Macca (Capt), Battersby & Si Peters .. but hey we gave it a good go ! _________________ I'll have scraps with mine !

absolutely no idea who the ref was, we were too busy scoring goals to take note of his name haha. he was a good ref to be honest, the reason their players were booked and sent off were because they were teling him to f*ck off and that he was a wan*k*er. so they deserved to be sent off. he was just a strict referee and if they respected his decisons like we did they would have stayed out of bother, played the 2nd half and probably conceded a few more... but there ya go
either way were sialing threw to the next round, one more step to reaching the final |
Confident !!

both brewers and bull have hammered division one opponents, ossett athletic are improved and outwood vic, garforth and morley are all strong additions, and judging by their last couple of results, ossett panthers are getting stronger. Last season outside the top 3 it was a bit patchy. |
might be a stronger 3rd divison but div 2 is stronger than your current divsion three and were up there.. pushing for the title _________________ AFC Wakefield, or Brazil if you prefer
