anybody know the result? looked like it might be a close game. two good teams

Horbury 3-2 up at half time ... Gave two bad goals away and missed 3 very good opportunities to put the game in our hands. Played very very well in first half ... matched them all over pitch.
Then all it took was a good 10 minute spell in second half and Horbury scored 3 goals ... but that's the difference between W.Yorks County football and our standard.
Scoreline doesn't show the true game. Horbury have some very good players !
We had a couple of lads missing ... Macca (Capt), Battersby & Si Peters .. but hey we gave it a good go !

absolutely no idea who the ref was, we were too busy scoring goals to take note of his name haha. he was a good ref to be honest, the reason their players were booked and sent off were because they were teling him to f*ck off and that he was a wan*k*er. so they deserved to be sent off. he was just a strict referee and if they respected his decisons like we did they would have stayed out of bother, played the 2nd half and probably conceded a few more... but there ya go
either way were sialing threw to the next round, one more step to reaching the final |

might be a stronger 3rd divison but div 2 is stronger than your current divsion three and were up there.. pushing for the title
