On a football note alverthorpe looked a really good side with a good physical team. our guys just could not get into the game and the more chances they kept missing the lower the heads went.

Any info on afc 2 brewers got them in cup this saturday?

There not a bad side but have a few players that are nobs. They dont like losing either, If you read "other threads" in this forum room you can read about one particular game.

We beat them 1-0 in the other cup, also missed a penalty should have been 3/4-0 to be fair. Not a bad side, but I would expect you to beat them.

As for smiling......you know I don't....and I won't start to......now get the tea on Mr Butty.....in your 'fish nets'......he he he.....

alverthorpe will have a good side with a lot of lads that come from the kettlethorpe/hall green area in the side, they should be playing for a team in a better division, but they like to win every week and feel like star players, so they move around a fair bit and join teams in poor divisions so that they can win easy most weeks.

only stirring it boys, but you know who you are.

lol, its nice to win though, be good if the teams in this league were good enough to give us a proper game.
