lineachalk well done on saturday we were beaten by a better side without doubt yet again heads went down when you equalised which is part of the problem we have had this season. I agree with your comment regarding the referee and it doesnt sit well when you read his comments but like i said before you were the better side and im not going to get bitter about what he as said but if it had of been closer you/we wouldnt of been happy with his comments.

Gawthorpe battled really well against us.....they are in a false position but I feel they won't go down.

Tough game for us next week......Rose of York away.

Gawthorpe were ok actually,I think they need 3 or 4 decent players and they'd be pretty strong all over.As soon as we equalised they went to pieces and it was just a case of how many,but that first half they played well

I thought Rose of York played really well against us at their place.The conditions were poor but they gave it a really good go and never gave in.We went 2 nil up in the first 20 mins but they came back to 2-2 and put us under some real pressure before we killed them off.They get stuck in but all decent sides do.Quick wingers strong midfield and decent centre half who brought the ball out well.Obviously I hope they take points off you but if you win at places like that then thats what wins leagues.

Lineachalk your right we went to pieces as we do every time a goal goes against us. It was the same aginst alverthorpe battled all the way then folded in the last 10 mins when equaliser went in. Hence the league position we are in!!!

You did ok against us both times too but just didnt get the luck of the green. I cant see you going down but after jolly drew with rose on saturday after leading 3 times i believe they will start to think they can creep put of the bottom 3.

Is everyone taking the piss?    Fair play to Gawthorpe they did battle but thats how it should be, right? They have only won 1 game to my knowledge all season! an that to me spells out relegation, so why is everyone saying they think Gawthorpe will stay up be honest lads there not good enough for div 2, sorry

we have won more games then that but the teams have now dropped out the league so the points were deducted. Never said we would stay up but we will battle to end of season and see what happens and hopefully get some more players in for next season (Some that turn up every week)

Judging by the last few years mate i cant see you going down as long as you dont finish rock bottom as the leagues are made up of a lot of new teams in div3 and not as many normally go down from div 2. I think only crofton and morley went down and alverthorpe , afc wakefield and featherstone with rose of york and dodworth joining. This season two teams fold too.Them being white rose, cherry tree so if you pick up a few points you should be ok.

Charlie Bakker - i think what people mean is that we all have played teams who have performed worse than gawthorpe and are no where near going down. Our first game against you was probably an easier game than what gawthorpe gave you.

To be fair gawthorpe have always been at the lower end of the table but have always been able to get a suprise result though and came close against us twice.
