To be fair mate your the first one of your lot to come on ere and not hand out shit to any one reading this forum. Your assesment of your game on saturday was pretty honest and fair where as some of your lads would have just come on ere an bragged about how good you were and that you had the league sewn up.

Your lads dont help themselves on ere mate. We had a decent first half against you and were unlucky to go in nil nil at half time and we even had you lot arguying between each other but second half you came out all guns blazing and beat us fair and square. I thought after the game that you could go all the way and having not played thorpe yet i still think thats the case, And yes that pitch is huge.

Rest of the season will be interesting now to say the least. We have blown it so it will between you thorpe and shakey if you ask me. Not sure any of the others are good enough including us.

Anyway looks like you lot got a good result sat? Alverthorpe did give us a very good battle one that any prem team would be proud of, just goes to show div 2 not that much different to the prem, baring sides like wakey utd who are crap!!!

Normally Hall Green United .... It's OK ... not great tho.
