We actully played a mix of Ossett Common Sunday team and Ossett Athletic more an Ossett XI
Good game all played on the deck 2 good footballing sides with Brewers having that extra edge

Not a bad result for you, should have beaten afc wakefield but just one of those games where neither team could score egi had best chance of game with a thirty yard screamer that hit the bar, good result against the team that one last years league!

All 2 unbeaten sort of like leeds united, went into administration had 10 point deducted and now gunna win the league! Did the goal machine manage to bag any or is the goal streak dying?

Alverthorpe WMC Res 3 Inns of Court 2
Morale boosting win for our reserves. Inns of Court came with 30 players so I'm told and changed the complete starting 11 at half time!
Smiths Arms 2 Alverthorpe WMC 2
Really good, high tempo game. Alverthorpe rallied near the end to grab an equaliser with only 10 men.
Smiths from the Premier Division look very good this year.......one or two faces from Silcoates FC and Ossett Town midfielders.

If you take the 5 er and paperwork to dave he said in the meeting that he would sanction the transfer there and then mate.
