Right, my final post on this saga until we hear what Hargreaves has to say.

How we was made aware of the situation was I was having a quiet pint and asked one of the Outwood lads why this lad Hayton was IMO the best player on the park on Tues doesnt play every game and he told me he plays for a team in Burnley and gets paid £40 a week. I didn't mention anything at all, but when I actually thought about it I remembered the ruling that stopped Bennett going to Albion and us from signing a couple of lads in the summer. After doing a simple google internet search, Adams bebo site said he played for Padiham FC. Who ironically play in NEC, which falls under the banner of the Lancashire League. After checking the local rag, I could only see that he played and scored for them against Ashton on 1st Sep, however Viduka then discovered that it says in the Burnley Express that he played and scored on Saturday. I brought this to the attention of Simon, who contacted Padiham who confirmed it was the same Adam Hayton. Then he passed the query onto David Hargreaves. End of, leave it to Hargreaves then!!!!

its abit childish to be honest its like me phoning mr h and saying i want a full investigation into players playing under different names 75% of teams will av done it and 75% of teams will do it again next season and so on and so forth. we played adam hayton under his real name cos there's nothing to hide. i once scored my best goal ever under the name of arthur oldroyd for rothwell town and got in the evening post        football is football sore loser end of.

Without going over old ground its a rule for a reason mate, it stopped you going to Albion and earning a few quid, and it stopped us signing 2 very good 20 year old lads from Ossett Town Academy/Reserves, who would be up there with you and Hayton on ability. If he has played for this team in Burnley then its not a level playing field for all the other teams, as they haven't been able to sign players with the same experience/ability.

Outwood........ are you definately in the clear? I really do hope you are cos you were a different class on Tues and fully deserved the win!! No team has totally outplayed us like you did all season, although in our defence our lack of competetive matches (as were fat unfit bastards) was a killer!!

If Adam Hayton was ineligable then my excuse for being so shit is sorted   I couldn't get anywhere near him in 2nd half and def should be playing at a higher level if he isnt already  

We need Outwood in Div 2 next year cos on the contrary to various comments from people saying were shit (after seeing us play 1 game   ) we are a good team and will walk div 2 if Outwood aren't there!!!
