Ok, have u lined up a freebie for black and white? I know a few printers and will ask em if they would do it for free? How many programmes needed and how many pages approx?

My sister works for a printer's ..........will have a word.......

number of pages depends on muber of sponsors i pressume.

Was going to do the job lot myself (all printing costs courtesy of ahem) but if we can get someone on board to do the printing would be good.  I'll sort the design, possibly do a couple of proofs for the 'Charity Committee' to consider etc..

Also what do we want to see in the programme, squad lists? something else other than adverts?  Sure we have some talented wits on this forum who may want to submit a piece.

Might be an idea to have it ready a couple of weeks before the event, so clubs can sell it to their players etc...would also be good promotion for the day itself.

What about a match result from both Div 3 and Div 1 on last seasons game? Am sure Div 3s will be a boastin one, and R9s viewpoint that they had so many players missing, could make a interesting comparison???? Also a karaoke review from Suddy?

Also, a squadlist, listing players, clubs, positions etc???

What about a page about the deisgnated Charity? the work they do? etc???

I thought if you could get a printer to do the programmes they could have a small advertising slot or even a simple comment on each page advertising the service.
