Ross Wood - Horbury TownSo we think we have problems..........teams not coming back and wasting food......not phoning the opposition......the Brewers tab for players.......lack of scraps on fish butty starters.......the lack of large shirts for Viduka and Willy........could go on.....and normally I do..........
.......just spare a thought for the lad above.....Ross Wood.....who.....after a night out in Mirfield was stabbed/beaten to death outside a nightclub........a 15 year old and 18 year old have been arrested.........
......Alverthorpe lads only played against him 4 weeks ago in the cup.......now the poor bastard is 6 feet under...........
.......fantastic footballer....also played for Mirfield FC on Sunday........his family, as you would come to expect are absolutely devastated.......it's also doing the rounds on the Sunday League Forums.........on the radio and on TV.......
.....just remember what these forums are all about......footy and fun......without all the pettiness........this puts everything else into perspective......
.....he was 22...........
Horbury Town playing Fev this saturday at Slazengers.....playing the game in a mark of respect for Ross.........
