ResultsAlverthorpe Resv's 4-2 Sisscett
Well played at the weekend lads deserved the 3points. Thorpe went 1 up with a good strike from elliet then sisscett equalisedwith a shocking goal that bobbled in front of the keeper nothing could of been done. Then sisscett went 1-2 up just before half time with a offside goal.
Thorpe came out in the second half the better team with goals from Cammy, Elliet (pen) and a fantastic strike from Rob. Well done lads

Yes mate if I'm picked.......I'm straight talking and to say my performance on Saturday was dire is an understatement!
I think it was the worst I've played in 3 seasons for Alverthorpe.
Made up for it on Sunday however with a MOM display in the cup against Wakey Ath.....through to the semi's now.....just don't tell FBS I played centre back because Leech (or as he's now called, Larry Letdown) was a no show!

I may have been unfair on Leech.....he's not let us down once yet.....even when he's been smacked up to his tits!!!!
He promised Bez tho he'd turn up.....it's our only chance to win 'owt on a Sunday in the cup this season.....luckily we beat Wakey and now face Hemsworth in the semis.
