Predictions 3rd May

Duke of Wellington FC v Morley C & SC - Can't see anything else other than a comfortable win for Morley.  Heard a rumour this week that Duke are going to fold - if so will this have an impact on the number of the promoted teams? - according to my sources of information, only 2 teams guaranteed to go up.

Ossett Athletic v Little Bull FC - Athletic will be keen on revenge after been turned over earlier in the season in spite of being the better team for long periods.  Not going to predict a result for this one, but the Empire Stores pitch has recently been a happy hunting ground for Bull, who ran out 4-0 winners against Athletic there towards the back end of last season.

Prostar FC v Outwood Victoria FC - Can Prostar upset the odds two weeks in a row?  They are the team who have definitely shown the most signs of improvement through the season.  Added to the fact that this will be a keenly contested local derby and this result could go either way.  Outwood will be buoyed by the fact that Calamity Boocock is suspended.  Prostar to snatch a draw.

Second place well and truly up for grabs!

Spoke to our secretary abit ago and he said Welly should be ringing him tomorrow about sorting another pitch. Being the home team it is up to them to do so, but we will happily play at Morley! Might not be as oone sided as people think this weekend, with Morley drawing names and positions out of a hat! I look forward to playing in net!
