Alverthorpe Res v Outwood Vic FC Will be off there will be too much sand on our pitch.... thats why the game got cancelled last week.

If Fieldhead are away and Alverthorpe first team are not playing (which they aren't), why not use the bottom pitch on Grasmere.......??? Sand free and its a lot better!!!!

I play for Alverthorpe first team........the only time the reserves will play any first teamers is when they are short........second team manager has not asked anybody from the first team to play.
Half the first team are going to Dodworth to watch them play AFC Wakefield......I'll be on the touchline on Grasmere cheering on the reserves!
You have my word.......no need to doubt.......we do things properly at our club....its unfair on the 3rd Division.
