SMITHS 1 CHERRY 6only ever 1 team wanting to play football, smiths totally out played cherry 4 60 mins a sliced clearence and a excellent finish let cherry bak in game all cherry wanted to do wo kick smiths in air which led to a 10 man fracar mid way through 1st half mc apparently 1 of best forwards in league sulked most of game cos he dint win a challenge game changed once smiths ad to sub 1 of bak 3 due to injury which upset the team then heads went down. even cherry manager told us we wer 1 of best footballing sides theyd played this season, the 6 goals cherry scored wer mainly down to lak of fitness, GAZZA JONES wo outstanding rode 4/5 tackles every time cherry cunt deal wi him a pitty we ad r main striker missin . if cherry play like they played against us therell only b 1 team wiinning league and it wont b them i personaly hope cherry win cos airedale r a set of pre maddona wankers

i dont do sulking....i was just disappointed with our performance. as i put in the results post you were the better side for an hour, no dispute with that, after that you got torn to pieces, and we could have had 10 in that last half hour.

football..........my friend..............is a game that lasts for 90 mins, unfortunately for you not 60, so im afraid...........my friend..........cherry were the better team overall, not smiths.

and as for MC you can't even touch him as a player, he's played at a very good standard for probably somewhere not far off 20 years, he's touching 40 now and he still DESTROYED you!! with 4 goals.

i think i put this in my first post but smiths did play well, and i was stood next to the old centre half they have and actually applauded when they scored their goal it was that good!!
smiths have a avery good keeper, 2 honest centre halves, a couple of very good young kids going forward who have skill and pace and mel up front who is a sound lad, and battles honestly all day long.

by honest, i mean, no theatrics, just solid challenges and get on with the game, which is how i like to play, and, i hope, how i did try to play the game on sat.
fitness is nothing though, we have probably one of the oldest sides in the league or at least some of the oldest players, me, andy brearley, camby, andy hirst, hutchy....its a case of taking yoru chances when they arise, you dominated for an hour and scored once, we dominated for half that, and got 6...anyone good luck for rest of season......and i might see you next year!!

6 in 2 and ive got 37 against carl's 35. in carl's defence he has played quite a few games in midfield although he does take penalty's and scored a few against fieldhead when i went off bored at halftime haha......its being a good contest and we still have between 3 and 5 games left

i just think we've got a good understanding of how the game should be played to maximise your potential, and im glad i got to play along side you this year, you made me realise theres always more to learn, so cheers mick for a good season and lets make sure we keep it going for next year!!
p.s. i think maybe the golden boot could be yours mate, we've got some tough games ahead and i can't see too many goals being scored. but hey over 70 between us aint half bad!!

G unit is a veteran of our reserves. Mcfadge how do u know if half the 1st division are better than us if you've never played against us? Maybe thats the attitude G Unit was on about. We're actually not too bad a side with some good young players and we give most teams a good game and think the lads from the Cherry will agree with that, but with the end of the season coming and nothing to play for and with some of the lads leaving next season some lads haven't been putting the effort in and thats why we've been getting dicked on
