morleyjust been looking at league table, and if morely can win their games in hand then they only 6 points of bull!!!!! i only mention bull as they currently lie 2nd!!!! so they could stage a late surge and have a challenge of promotion!!!!! certainly if they can carry their cup form into the league! would be interesting!!

Would love some info to be honest. Heard all the talk of them being unstoppable.....is it true? From what i read the lad Wayne up front is a quality player, and the right Winger is lightning (thank god he aint on my side) but the centre backs might be vulnerable.
Also, 7-1 seems a bit harsh as i though you were best footballing team we played this season. What happened? Bad day at the office?

Just read a match report on the morley observer website from your game against wakey united in the cup. Most of the names sounded familar. You played well sunday. Its not hard to see why c and sc on a saturday are doing well if you a few of you lot are in the side. We are an old side and it needs refreshing next season although that result yesterday almost certainly means we have been relegated. Too many sides take advantage of the lack of pace at the back and the older lads cant keep up.
We (AFC Cross Keys) played you last year when you were in our league and beat you fairly easily both times. Have you lot just recently joined or were you there then.

I played right mid yesterday, missing a few easy chances lol. Were u the left back? For morley i usually play Centre depending on who is there.
Its the same core of the team this year i.e. defence and strikers but a completely new midfield. Me and a few others have joined and it seems to be going well. Hopefully we can keep it going with a result against the Brewers and then Airedale!

Yeah i remember you missing a few. Was it you that scored the free kick that wasnt given ??? I tell you what when your lad hit that 35 yarder in the first 5 minutes that killed us. We knew we were in for a right battle to get anything out of the game and we just didnt have the fight left.
Aye last year you wasnt that good and it was clear to see why you had been relegated but if you keep playing well this season we may meet again next season.
Good luck in the combination div 1 next season too.

Think u had a lad called Dave?? who played really well both games and the REALLY tall lad Centre mid who was a good player aswell. By no means the worst team we have played this season, we put in 2 really good performances though. Worst team was Midland last week, where we could have had 20 but Cater couldnt score in a brothel!!

Get stuck into them in midfield but they are very fit and midfielders are always supporting front men but they are not unbeatable and hope you do them they just seem to know where each player is and always find them or they are lucky twats! There is a short arse up front who doesnt like it when you get stuck into him but other lad is quite decent

Cheers illy. With Kev Keens in midfield theres no danger of not getting stuck into them. I hear the right midfielder is shit hot and lightning fast?
As ive said before were all hoping for a mudbath and driving rain to stop them playing football. That might be our best chance as we seem to be best in those conditions!

Winger is Richard Newsome, if he gets in full flow you won't catch him (wore 8 against us) need to mark him tight and get at him before he gets goin, good finisher too!!! don't try kickin shit out ov him.....it wont work, same with Wayne Flannery up front (dark hair no 10) but like illy says the little lad (tim clarke) doesn't like bein clobbered. Keeper is good, but back four are only steady, they like to push and play the offside trap, if u time it right they can be caught out (like we did........once ), they play very well as a team and work for each other, if you want to stand a chance you'll all have to put the same amount of effort in as kev does!!

GK- good keeper but trys to play as sweeper always off his line.
full-backs- ok do there job
centre backs- pair of pricks nowt brilliant
RM- is quick but not lighting very good player pointless kicking him it took me ages to get him to bite lol
LM- looks like a girl with his long hair but good on the ball and like the RM he will track back
CM's- very slow dont move much but very clever in wot they do, they can control a game before you know it
CF's- work well together little and large, strong and will hit the target with half a chance.
