i believe we/they (the arms lads) have man utd away fenerbahce at home and la galaxy away
all being played in july
our lads have been putting their monies away for the past season (believe you me the galaxy away trip was a bit steep) and its kindly being looked after by kingstons manager

same as us mick we haver never trained since ive been there
and some would say why fix it if it aint broke but i think we will need to be a bit fitter this year with the likes ov you running rings round us

its a bit too late in our time of life to try and improve on the footballing side of things.........
ballwork.........shuttles.........drills.........set pieces......
what ever happened to training in........
breathing.........bladder control........remembering birthdays and special occassions.......
my pre season is all based around "where the freckin hell are my car keys!!"
