Dodworth win cupDodworth 3 - 3 thorpe (Dodworth won 3 -1 on pens )
Fucking cracking game.End to end all way through.Sidey 2 goals and shoggy (Our disabled striker)with the all important equalizer.Thorpe played well but really faded towards the end of normal time and we should have won it in extra time.Charlie backer sent off for violent conduct (spotted by mr chalkley 
Penalties from the assassin ,shoggy (thanks for the disabled comments fbs it worked a treat !!!  )and jonny rondo won the cup.Felt sorry for bash when he missed the pen as he had an outstanding game all way through.
Well done to both sets of players and well done to the walrus for handling the game well

Watch the game very good game... outstanding performances from both sides... good banter from the fans 2.. Thorpe did struggle with the extra time....and unlucky with the pens.. thought it was too good to be true for big dan two pens and scoring but i would off put my money on you finishing that, same with bash... thought it finished 4-2 on pens not 3-1 tho???

Well done Dodworth. Absolutely great game to watch. Alverthorpe was the better side but u lads never stopped battling and seemed to play better with 10 men. It was a shame some of your supporters were a set of mongols

Thorpe were the better side for the first half an hour and they did have a good 15 minute spell in the second half but apart from that I thought we looked more dangerous.
Some of the supporters do get abit giddy and the lad in question is a bit of a pillock but apart from that I thought the atmosphere and the game was spot on.Banter etc is all part of the game

That fuckng tool tried to argue with us and he couldnt even speak properly. Someone from Dodworth just took him away cos he was just making a cunt out of himself. There was a few others doing coke in the toilets and there was another couple who couldnt even stand up cos they were that fucked

Really enjoyed playing in it, I did get on abit sooner than i thought, even though i wasnt guaranteed a game as we had 4 good subs.
Every player played there part for both sides and was a good game to end the season, shame we couldnt walk away with the cup at the end!!
Just a quick one, how was the keepers tug back on my leg in the box not a foul??

I will let you off if you missed alot then, but surely the linesman must have seen. You were abit back up the field when i was getting back to my feet.
Think all in all, you had a good game, diddnt see the sending off incident so cant comment. but a day i wont forget!!!!

paul, respect ,we gave what we saw it was a top game i'm over the fukin moon i personally couldn't have predicted this game going so well unfortunatly not many pic's cos our lass had the camera but this to me was the pic of the fukin 6 she could be arsed to take

Really enjoyed the game............cracking battle in the middle with Charlie and I think his name was Langey????
He got me good and proper in the second half.........nice full stamp on my left thigh and got a dead leg!!!! I owe him one next season!
Enjoyed Charlie's two footed challenges too.......love games like that........hard and competitive.......great banter from the crowd too.
I bet the Dodworth disabled striker was battered after a decent performance..........!!!!!!
Thought Sidey upfront was superb and once again Dodworth captain at the back.
Gutted about the result however what a spectacle for everyone on the day...............couldn't feel my legs at full time I was aching so much (I know Walrus......its an age thing.......and you had a good game!)
Hope you enjoyed your evening Dodworth.............you showed very good character after not winning the league and losing to Airedale.........we are determined to be back in next years final too!

Cheers Willy,you had a good game against langey and charlie b especially first half when you were pretty much on top.Everybody I have talked to since said how much they enjoyed the game and the atmosphere.Bash and Sidey were outstanding but I think all the players played their part from both sides.
